Your job is to scout for potential prospects and offer all those student athletes our college promotional program that will provide them with the opportunity for a college scholarship. This is the most fun and exciting part of our business.   Your income is based on the number of people that you enroll into your program. Ours is not the kind of business that requires a hard sell. Prospects and their families are eager to gain the advantage for getting a college scholarship and they want to make sure they aren't left out. Consequently, our service is very attractive to them.

 

FRANCHISE OWNERSHIP
The interest in athletic scouting at the high school level for college sports is becoming increasingly popular. In fact, for someone looking for a good business opportunity, franchise, or business investment, an established scouting service or recruiting service may be a smart investment. Recruiting for college sports is big business whether you’re talking about football, basketball, baseball, or some of the minor sports like softball, soccer, volleyball, and golf. For the high school athlete who wants to play college sports and have an opportunity for a college scholarship, he or she is now often turning to an expert for help. We license these exclusive territories to individuals who then become the owners of our business in their licensed area. Our network of licensee/owners work together with our home office to provide high school kids the opportunity to play college sports and to get potential scholarship money to complete their college education. Your job is to scout for potential prospects and offer all those student athletes our college promotional program that will provide them with the opportunity for a college scholarship. • The services are outlined in our Web site, and as you can see, they are very extensive. Families can pay for the service through check, money order or finance it directly through your Highlight Reel, Inc. corporation– no one is turned down for financial reasons.
 

• You will locate prospects for your service by attending or sponsoring various tournaments, going to high school games and practices, attending club or travel team events, talking with coaches and just following up with interested people who contact you directly. It is all about networking and the business sells itself because this is a necessary recruiting tool for student athletes and their families.
 

• All college promotions are the responsibility of The Highlight Reel, Inc. and the Franchisee. This is both of our jobs and it may be something that you have to be involved with. We all will handle putting these student athletes in front of all college coaches across the country.
